What is the store's return & exchange policy?
We do not accept returns, however we want our customers to be completely satisfied. If an item has arrived damaged we will gladly send another piece or issue a store credit for the value of items purchased.
Do you accept order placed outside of the U.S.?
Not under normal circumstances but if you contact us I'm sure we could work something out.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing orders takes any where from 1-3 business days; depending on demand. Once shipped orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days but can take up to 10 business days depending on the efficiency of your local post office. All orders will receive a tracking number.
Can I put in a special request for an item I want/need?
