What is the store's return & exchange policy? 

We do accept returns. If your item has arrived damaged or defective please contact support@semipolished.com within 14 days or your item being delivered. We always want our customers to be completely satisfied. If an item has arrived damaged we will gladly send another piece. If needed, we can issue a refund or store credit for the value of the items purchased. 

Do you accept order placed outside of the U.S.?

How long will it take to receive my order?

SemiPolished holds a wide array of distinctive styles that reflects the boutique owner’s eclectic eye and creative vision. Many boutique owners travel the globe to bring you the most unique items from indie designers all over the world and we are no different. With that said, orders take 1-3 business days to process and once shipped can arrive in 2-20 business days. Typically after orders are processed the are received in 14 business days or less. 

Can I put in a special request for an item I want/need?

Of course, contact us at support@semipolished.com. Please include any pictures of the item you are envisioning, the outfit you are trying to style, and/or whatever else you deem useful. We'll get you all suited and booted up with amazing accessories from your clutch, earrings, and all the chains and whistles.
